Privacy
This page says what KARI keeps about you, why, and how to remove it.
What we keep
- Your first and last name, phone number and the link to your social profile that you gave us.
- A photo, if you added one.
- A record of each time the door let you in or turned you away, and when.
- If a member invites you: the name they entered for you and, if they gave one, your personal number.
Why
- To decide whether to give you access, and to recognise you at the door.
- To keep the bar safe: the door log shows who was inside on a given night.
Who sees it
- Only the bar's staff. We do not sell it or pass it on.
- A member who invites you sees the details they entered. Your invite link hides the personal number.
Removing it
- Open Profile and choose Delete my account. Your account, photo, passes and invites are erased at once.
- The door log keeps the name it recorded, with no link back to you.
Questions
- Ask the staff at the bar.
